Think and create


Aim: Why do it? What’s its purpose?
-          Grades
-          To increase exposure of creative industry widespread
-          To showcase film, animation, gaming and the fine arts student work
-          To encourage participation in the arts
-          To gain experience and understanding of running a complex event
Objects: What do we want to get? Achieve? Demonstrate?
Seamless event:
-          easy to submit, visually pleasing, understandable
-          Well catered
-          Easy and clear information for artist to participate
Communication:
Exemplar and standard setter:

Measures of success: How will we identify success?  Tangible measures
(Qualitative(notions, ideas, comments etc) and quantitative(numbers and facts))
-          Grades
-          Achieving on time, budget
-          Positive feedback to a survey via email with a competition element?
-          Standard of winners and entries high
-          Judges
-          Sponsorship and prizes
-          Community engagement
-          Attendance and feedback
-          How well we communicated as a group success/failure
