Design
One design from each person in the team member, to spread out the workload
among everyone. This also allows everyone to have creative freedom and show
different ideas from everyone and gives more ideas to expand on.
Pjs poster - circle concept everyone likes, likes the scratch accent in the bubbles ,
colors are closer to sit colours.
Fabri - readable, stands out more, softer colour scheme everyone likes.
Certific - professionally laid out
Signs - Professional, clean, easy to read,
Circles, style of fabri.
Blend the two posters together, cohesiveness
Bubbles captivating, line works make softer, more opacity with bubbles with Fabri
colour scheme.
Merging two posters, fabri colour scheme and softer.

Criteria for gaming for entry form
Are we doing trophies? ASAP to Chris. Model from last years or new. Refine them.
Investigate the last years trophies. Revisit. Investigate last year's trophy , need a
gaming trophies. Can get help from Jay.
Does marketing need anything designed.
Who will be doing printing = sent to Bex
Dead lines? 18 of September print date. Installation has dates for due. All dates in
handbook and not changing.
Sticky paper with art label. More work than needed. Will be done with the artist
statement.

Couple of meeting, want to do video.
Show off the event itself, not fun behind the scene.
Get the logo put it on the face book with 2019
Have access to email now, same for Instagram.
Maybe have instagram, start promoting start.
Announcing the coming of think and create 2019
Interview the winner last year.
Retrospective of looking at the last years stuff.
Week by week break down.
Set up list for distribution of poster by week 9
Week 10 promotional distribution
New design elements.
Week 11 - traditional media, takes a while to go through so allows for waiting time.
Week 12 - bts stuff
Week 13 - teasing art and doing interviews with students who are submitting works
and teasing their things.
Week 14 - advertising art works and installing in RAW
Week 15 - advertising RAW Gallery opening and the works. Video files + teasers of
films to be shown.
Week 17 - the event.

Letting next year have things to work with by letting them have some of out left
over stuff giving them a bouncing board to start off with.

Work towards announcing think and create coming 2019

Sponsorship teams
Team members - Caleb treasure, felt like they couldn’t have done it without him.
Thought now have a plan to be able to get everything done.
Good for letting everyone know at the moment it happened what was going on,
which helped to be able to sort the problem out quicker.
Alerting problems that are happening in the now before it hit s the fan.
Integrating with the other teams to help spread the task and make things less
overwhelming.
Review = found list of potential Sponsors and judges with contact details.
Need email for think and create
Think about formatting for marketing. When contacting with people keeping it
contact people.
Wanting to contact people professionally, don’t want to jump the gun without logo
and formatting with email because want to be professional as possible.
The sooner can contact business the better to get sponsors.
What can we offer in return for the sponsorship.
What do we want for the sponsorship, what do we need for the event and what
needs to be sponsored.
$100 budget + $15 from each student. Around 120 to 125 students.
Additional fees?
First one is free, the second entry there is a fee.

If you instevest this much we can give back this much. Can offer them perks by

Trickiness is what you can give back to the people, what to put into the packages.
Prize named after them. Program advertising.
Banner for event, use that for advertising.
Can show them where the advertisement to the sponsorship.

What do we need from the sponsorship.
Vouchers.
Open tears, vouchers for services.
Each tears has different options, but have it open for them to give us things to be.
Good fix.
Don’t know where the budget it, and how much okey we need to get.

Judges = if we get anyone out of town, need to get them here and accommodation.
Sit can help with this. Airfare tickets. Petrol vouchers can go through sit.
Gaming = how do we show it with installation. How are we going to do it.
Emailed Kathryn, get the kai room and have an arcade room. Get tallies set them up
in Kai room. Controllers do they provide.
Need keyboard, do they provide controllers or do we. Sit should provide but do
they have them? In entries form put do you need a controller and what platform.
Can you play it on the night? have security.
Second year 3D games, outfit made for it.
Fashion students have award night and music have award nights.
Fashion students need the outfits that will be displayed with the games. So they
need it bad.
Will they model it on the night or do they need a manikin.
Best game general award. Judge for the game.
Asking run way from dunedin to be judge and also provide a prize. How many
awards for games?
Best games in 2d and 3D or just one. Do an overall game.
Ask Rachel if one of her gaming buddies want to be judged.
Same awards, different judges.
Visual arts, feel confident with getting a judge. Can get one in Invercargill.
Gaming and animation might have to be outside of Invercargill. Money to get them
here as well.

Prizes sponsorship and treasure get together and talk money and budgeting with
the help of Bex.
Swapping signature use from Kathryn.

Who will be operating the projector and how is that now.
Ash will be doing center stage projector. Screen safety limits. Limits for project
volume not jumping.

Submission for gaming, emailed Rachel.
Need to make sure y drive temp storage hand in. File storage issue Is important to
be aware of.
Coded situation to work on computers and TVs.
Is it going to be done on a pen drive? Rachel is gaming tutor.
Venue team email Rachel on how to submit the gaming.
Decide what needs to be in entry form, what formatting.
17 sept organizing staffing who’s doing what. Seeking up folder in storage for
statements.
24 organized layout for menu, talk with catering on their layout. Gaming in Kai
room, comic in upstage, art in raw gallery. Some animation in upstage some in raw
gallery.
3rd YEARS GETS FIRST DIPS AND ALTERNATIVE SITES. might need a map to find
them, signage to how to get the place recap at week 13.

15 collect off art, drop off to 202
23-25 install artwork and change lay out if need be
1st November submission for video files. Terms and conditions for the films. Need
a process to do selection do keep videos in the terms in collection. Need to invite
the tutors to help with this process.
Installation and venue are working together as one big group.
Dates for entry forms need to be forwarded to design team.

oven.
Health and safety. Keep it simple stupid.
High quality finger food that is cold and professional.
Neon shrimp menu review for catering to create a base for our menu.

Alcohol food.
Mild wild.
Prep time is key, make everything pretty. Health and safety, keep everything simple.
Quick and easy and a lot of people between 150-160.
Nibbles and snack worthy.
Quick healthy and safety lift, monitoring stuff. Staff system. Venue where you are
setting up and how the flow for people is going to work. Will review for next
meeting.

Team goals
Marketing has goals
Design has a plan when meeting on the 17th will review for final poster and entry
form, and all adjustments will be done on the day and then handed over to
printing. By 18th need to be handed over to the Printery. Terms and conditions
review will be done at the end of this week week.
Sponsorship plan for judges, need to do budgeting with treasure. Need to finalize
prizes, and tears plan for sponsorship. Big budget meeting by week 10. Lot clear for
everything that will be missing and needed.
Venus and installations is a head of schedule. 4the November is film animation and
gaming due and 21st artwork due. Invite the tutors to select the films, needs to be
done in one day. Kathryn had been emailed.
Catering, reviewing the list. Remove hot food, and adjust menu. Healthy and safety
revives coordinate with venue and installation team about set up. Britney will try
and organise alcohol.
