·         Inquire with Devon regards map outline; he has placed it in Temp storage in YDrive
·         Paint podiums, check paint (do we have enough?)
·         Check entry requirements, does anybody require any special equipment? Will we have enough podiums etc?
·         Digital Prints final submissions to be collected from 11.30-1pm 23rd November. Anything submitted after then will not be accepted. An email to all entrants was sent by Kasey this morning.
·         Sorted Installation schedule, to be typed up & emailed to everyone before tomorrow!
·         Speak to Fashion students about the left-over stuff in the Raw Gallery
·         Went for a tour of the Green Room with Ash. He needs us to provide zip ties; organize this with Budget committee. Monday November 4th help Ash clean out Green Room
·         Ask Chris Mac about projector/screen for Green Room, how many TV’s have stands & how many podiums will be required for TV’s without stands?
·         Inquire about missing podiums….
·         Note a free-standing banner/flag of a sponsor will need to be placed on the exhibition night.

Objects: What do we want to get? Achieve? Demonstrate?
Seamless event:
-          easy to submit, visually pleasing, understandable
-          Well catered
-          Easy and clear information for artist to participate
Communication:

Measures of success: How will we identify success?  Tangible measures
(Qualitative(notions, ideas, comments etc) and quantitative(numbers and facts))

-          Positive feedback to a survey via email with a competition element?
