·         Installation dates confirmation: 23 – 25th October
·         Discussed printed works; Artworks to be printed & ready to hang upon delivery; we are not in charge of that!
·         Final submission deadline for digital works is 21st of October 1pm so has time to dry!
·         Year 3 posters; only 1 left to go!
·         Chris Mac to print for us. Cause he’s a legend.
·         Missing submissions; Final entries to be submitted by end of today @ 5pm!
·         Confirmation email to be sent out regarding acceptance; will contain reminder about Artist Statements.
·         Artists Statements due 16th October by 5pm. Submitted to Y Drive in PSD format.
·         Gaming/Animation & possibly film submissions deadline 4th November, 5pm
·         Setting up Gaming 7th November, 4pm
·         De-install of Kea Room before 10am November 8th
·         De-install rest of Exhibition November 8th. Artworks pick up from 1-5pm any left-over can arrange for an hour on November 11th for late pick up’s.
·         November 6th from 9-5 judging to take place in Kea Room with Corrie, may require TV & Computer for judging; check with Chris
·         Give Corrie updated entrant list
·         Find out about Gallery paint before due to paint.
·         Devon(?) to begin map for layout of works

digital 03/04/2019 bva242 week Eight ALICE IN WONDERLAND INSPIRATIONAL IMAGE https://fishki.net/2760771-5-mrachnyh-interpritacij-alisy-v-strane-chudes.html We carried the props into the bush near Oreti Beach.  I set up the scene and took the photo of the frame on its own, but so I can get the same lighting on the frame.  So in the frame there is a picture of a clock, mad haters hat, the cat and I a rabbit.  outside is the tea cup.  I wanted the inside of the framed area no colour as it was to symbolized Alice escaping from there and the queen of hearts helping her, but her true intentions was to use the knife on her once she got her out.  I drew the rabbit and took a pic of my cat and adjusted in liquefy layer and adjusted colours to look like the cat from Alice in Wonderland.  The frame was only small so I adjusted in the transition tool and warp tool.  Then added shadows to the ground to make it seem like the sun had cast lighting over...

THEORY BVA213 WEEK 14  21/10/2019 (SEMESTER TWO) I do have a model release for the photographs I have taken, but I chose not to put in my blog for privacy issues for the model.   All photographs were taken with a canon camera settings ISO 200 ,SHUTTER 200, F-STOP 4.5,WB flash and raw files.  They were taken in my home studio and then edited and converted to black and white or selected colour.
